Program Description
As of 2024, there are 150 US Counties considered "high cost" that have varying loan amount limits greater than the normal $766,550 for conventional purchase loans. Homebuyers can utilize a CHOICERenovation® Loan to purchase a home and finance the cost of renovation or repairs with higher loan amounts in these counties. They are able to expand their buying power to include higher priced houses that may be in need of renovations or repairs.
