30-year fixed rate Conventional mortgage option from the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA) for low income California residents, with reduced mortgage insurance coverage levels. This loan may be combined with GSFA's Platinum® down payment assistance program, for up to 5.5% of the first loan amount. Loan program is serviced by US Bank.

Mortgage Insurance & Fees
