Program Description
Virginia Housing offers a 30-year fixed Conventional loan program that has no mortgage insurance! It can be combined with the Virginia Housing Plus Second Mortgage or Down Payment Assistance Grant, which provide additional funds ranging from 0.5% to 5% of the purchase price or appraised value. This means you can finance up to 100% of your home purchase and still not have to pay private mortgage insurance.
