Program Description
The VA High-Balance (often called "VA Jumbo") refinance is designed to allow veteran and active-duty military homebuyers to refinance at a higher loan amount while still utilizing the benefits of the VA home loan. While similar to getting approved for a standard VA refinance, the borrower will need to qualify for the higher monthly payment corresponding to the larger loan amount.
