Program Description
Pennymac Jumbo Loans are for customers who need financing for loan amounts above the conforming Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan limits. Pennymac has 15 and 30-year fixed-rate terms, and has second home and investment property options (1-2 units). The minimum down payment for a loan on a primary residence is 10.01% for up to $2 million loan amount. Pennymac is one of the biggest jumbo mortgage servicers in the country.
