Program Description
The IHFA Forgivable Loan and Second Mortgage Combo Program provides a variety of 30-year fixed-rate first mortgage options combined with down payment assistance of up to 10% of the purchase price or appraised value, whichever is lower (up to 3% can come from the Forgivable Loan and up to 7% from the Second Mortgage). The assistance can be used for single-family, townhomes, condos and manufactured homes.

The course is required for at least one borrower.
